Awesome-Tasting Food!

Today's recipe in Baked oatmeal. OH MAN!! this one really hits the spot. We eat it mainly at breakfast. So good!!

Baked Oatmeal

6 cups oatmeal
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
4 large eggs
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2. cup milk

Combine oil and sugar. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9" by 13" pan. Refrigerate over night or for 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 -40 min. Serve hot with milk, honey, brown sugar, or whatever-tickles-your-fancy.

Note: you can make this dairy-free by substituting the milk with almond- or rice milk. Can be gluten-free if you used the right oats.

  2. Oh my, I didn't even notice that. Thanks for saying something. You're suppose to use 6 cups of oats in the recipe.
