Awhile back I found a blog called Chocolate-Covered Katie. This blog has got to be one of the best food blogs out there. Not only that but everything Katie posts about has something to do with CHOCOLATE!! The recipe she posted yesterday was Chocolate Mousse and it looks really tempting.
